Objectives

The objective of this WP is to ensure through the monitoring of the flow of deliverables and the achievement of milestones that the project is completed according to the timetable set and within budget,

Description of Work

1. The coordinator (principal investigator) monitors the flow of deliverables and the achievement of milestones according to the timetable and the budget set.
2. If deviations from timetable and/or the budget are found to exist because of known risks to the implementation of the project the coordinator takes affirmative action by executing the contingency plans described in Table 2.4
3. If deviations from timetable and/or the budget are found to exist because of initially unknown risks to the implementation of the project the coordinator first seeks advice from the Advisory Board and subsequently communicates the intended adjustments to the research team. The coordinator takes into serious consideration the proposals of the members of the research team

Tasks

1. The coordinator will monitor the flow of work progress
2. The coordinator will organize meeting of the research team at frequent intervals
3. The coordinator will organize technical meeting of the research team as necessary
4. The coordinator will maintain an online archive of communications between the research team members

Deliverables

Deliverable D8: Rolling Quarterly Quality Reports indicating the progress achieved, the problems encounter and possible necessary adjustments to the workflow. Specifically, D8 consists of the final Quality Report assembled.

Milestones

4^th Milestone: Project completed
